Jordan was a massive help with my dog and her fear of the doggy door. Within a week or so of only a few minutes at a time, Lady has learnt to use her dog door and lost her fear.Jordan really knows what he's talking about and I'm excited to see how much further I can develop a better relationship with my dog, with Jordan's help!!

Jordan is the third dog trainer we have engaged for our dog, and I wasn’t sure how much progress we would make in the sessions having already been through professional dog training before.Jordan gave us a clear plan of how to handle and communicate with our dog. I saw such a huge difference in our dog’s behaviour but also in my relationship with my dog.Having the support group and Jordan available to answer questions outside of sessions really helps the momentum of training and to solidify understanding from the sessions. I would say that engagement with the support group has been a massive part of our success.I now have a more chilled, more fulfilled dog who trusts me more, and who I am learning to trust again.Having a happy healthy dog is so important to the balance of our house, and I’m very grateful for Jordan’s skill and knowledge sharing of dog behaviour.Thank you Jordan!

Working with Jordan has helped us SO much. Our dog is extremely reactive towards new people and highly anxious in public. Jordan has helped us to understand exactly what is going on for our dog, and what we can do to not only gain control over the situation but help our dog feel more comfortable and supported. Gaining control without losing any of our loving relationship with our dog was really important to us and Jordan has helped us make it even stronger and more positive. Jordan made us feel comfortable straight away and was extremely clear in his instructions and theory. We really enjoyed the sessions and by the end of the first session he had a positive relationship with our dog which was amazing to see! We could not recommend chilled and fulfilled more, we loved the experience and are excited to enter a new phase with our dog.

Jordan has been fantastic for us and our 2 dogs. He has shown us how to be patient and calm leaders. We’ve been particularly challenged with our younger dog and he has shown us different ways to meet her needs, so she can be a well rounded dog. She is a high energy, high prey drive dog, a challenge to say the least. But with what Jordan has shown us, we are having a lot of fun learning how to work with her energy and drive.Thanks for all of the guidance and training so far, Jordan!

Getting training from Jordan was the best investment for our dog.We started our training journey with a different trainer who gave a one size fits all approach and wouldn’t address our concerns over reactivity and pulling on walks.Jordan listened to our concerns and has increased our confidence when training Hogarth in turn making him a happy and calmer dog.

We have just wrapped up our 4th session with Jordan. Our dog, a 5 year old British bulldog who I've been told is 'just stubborn' and 'untrainable' has done a full 360 in her general obedience and enthuiasm to tune in and follow us, as Jordan teaches. Loose lead, engaged, long walks with no stopping after years of being dragged and constant stopping. No longer phased by other dogs or distracted by everything else. This is exclusively due to Jordans direction, education and intuitive and holistic approach to dog training (and owner training) Jordan has a warm, natural and genuine passion for dogs that is contagious and makes learning from him easy. He makes me want to do my best for my dog and my dog is in turn doing her best for me. A must for any dog owner looking for guidance and support.

Jordan (Chilled and Fulfilled) has been incredible. He has taught us how to take our beautiful Golden Retriever from an out of control, jumping, reactive, leash pulling dog to a relaxed, happy and controllable dog. It has really made a big difference to our family and to the enjoyment we get from our Retriever. Couldn’t recommend Jordan more highly.

Jordan has been hugely helpful with our energetic Lab Frankie. We had tried two other trainers prior without much success. Jordan’s approach was individualised to Frankie and our situation. Frankie has significantly improved since, would highly recommend.We’ve now come back to Jordan to help us prepare for a newborn coming into Frankie’s life.

We sought Jordan's assistance after he was recommended to us by a friend. Suffice to say it was amazing to watch how responsive our dog Maggie was to him over the 3 sessions.That said, part of the skill in training a dog is actually training the owner/s as well. As a professional trainer, Jordan easily captured the attention of Maggie and she was very responsive to his direction. By comparison, the owners found it a bit more difficult to replicate Jordan's results.It was in this regard that Jordan excelled. His patience with us was well supported with his coaching and his excellent notes. Moreover, his responsiveness to any queries we had during and post training was excellent.Would I recommend Jordan.....absolutely! However, just remember that the results of the training ultimately depend on the owner based on the wisdom imparted by the trainer. I regard Maggie as a work-in-progress but the 'tools' and ongoing support provided by Jordan give me confidence that we will get there.
