Worst store to order online from.. Robins Kitchen is so delayed. I ordered & paid for items to be delivered, being 28th December & apparently my order has been just sent but I should expect it til 18th January.. may as well have ordered from overseas when its taking this long for local delivery. Not recommend ordering online!

I witnessed extremely rude staff when there was a discussion regarding the Robins Kitchen policy of not excepting cash . The 2 staff absolutely attacked the customer to the point they were raising their voices over each other . No Respect to the customer or to the company. You Cannot treat and speak to people or let alone customers to the degree that I witnessed today .No one in the store actually cares if ROBINS KITCHEN is owned by the wealthiest family in Australia.Not relevant ladies :(

This store uses cheap sales tricks of always having a huge discount sale, even saying they are relocating and then a few months later still being there and now having a Xmas sale. This approach is disgusting! On another note some products are ok and others complete rubbish. I won’t be back

Store is crammed and not a good experience and a staff member was very rude and should realise the customer doesn't deserve to be treated as I wasWill never shop there againRobyns Kitchen use to be good but now is second class in their crammed stores and rude staff

Products were good but staff member was extremely rude and was trying to tell me what I wanted when it was not what I wanted at all. Outrageous.

Grabbed a few bargains during their sale. Staff super friendly and helpful

I purchased a gift prior to Christmas & enquired if not right can I return it. Yes as long as I had the receipt and in the box in good condition. Perfectly understandable. When I did return the gift the sales lady was very nice but explained no refund on change of mind but would give me a gift card to the value & have 3 years to spend. I rang head office which I believe is a call centre somewhere. He took my details & concerns that was over a week ago & no contact since. Had I made the same purchase at David Jones or Myer I could have got a refund & perhaps spent it in another dept. I had to spend to get another gift. I am stuck with a gift card that I do not want to Spend in that store. Over the years I have spent quite a bit in House & Robins Kitchen but NO more.
