One of my first stops on shopping trips to Sydney. The staff are lovely and very helpful, and is a broad range of styles although different sizes can be tricky being an outlet-style store. Even better, is that great brunch spots are just over the road.

Absolutely love this store! I was in here a few months ago and had the best customer service by a girl named Elky she was very attentive and even though I didn’t get anything she gave me a lot of direction which I have now taken on board. If you ever go in this store ask for Elky.

The store is well organised and has a lot of stock grouped together mostly by colour and season so easy to navigate. Points lost for the lack of enthusiasm by staff. Most looked bored and aloof. Prices are okay but can usually find cheaper at David Jones sales or online

I really loved it! a lot into choose from. I can see a lot of people complaining that it wasn’t as cheap as they expected for an outlet, but the brand isn’t cheap to begin with so any discount is a good discount.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Jo at C&M Rosebery. She was so very kind and helpful in addressing my phone order enquiry. My sincerest thanks, Jo. The dress arrived in time and was perfect.

I walked into this store just to browse today but ended up buying lots!I was greeted and served by Jordan and she was just amazingly helpful and kind.I cannot explain enough what a great experience I’ve had today at C&M.C&M now looks even better than ever because of today’s experience at this store and helped by Jordan. Thank you, I couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to my next purchase.

The Staff was so unwilling to help. I was told by another store manager that I could get the item I was after in this store. She said she had confirmed they have the item and they are happy to price match. There was difference in the price!! After driving for an hour to get there, what I was faced with was “ sorry I can’t help and I won’t price match”. If she said that nicely I was happy to get it with that price, but she was very unfriendly! Such a shame!

The staff at Camilla and Marc Rosebery make each shopping trip a pleasure. They are always warm and incredibly helpful. In particular, Susan the store manager recently went above and beyond for me exchanging a pair of pants (at 7.30am!!!) when I got caught in a pickle on my way to the airport for an international business trip! Now THAT is incredible customer service! Thank-you for keeping the bricks and mortar retail experience alive!
