Como Compounding Pharmacy

I have been purchasing my bio identical hormone replacement from this pharmacy for over 12 years. I never had a problem however things have changed in the last 18 months. The service has been just terrible. They never reply to your emails. When I ask for the Wiley Calendar they do not send it. I was told recently by a staff member that it is simply to much trouble for them to put it together and that they do it for us as a favour. I could not believe my ears. They offer the Wiley Protocol they should supply the calendars as part of their service.

Incredibly rude staff! This is the third occasion and final! No one knows what’s going on. Always an effort! They never have metagenics stock or call when the stock arrives, you have to call to follow up. So now I order from another supplier. Recent visit I was charged incorrectly for a script, told the items I didn’t want or need are complimentary (but wasn’t given them) so the price doesn’t change. I had to ask what’s the prices of just the drugs not in a pack? There was a brief discussion with the pharmacist, I was told the prices went up two weeks ago, it’s because of the ingredients. No notice via phone, email when the script arrived or when I came to collect the script the first time but told to come back to collect. The best part is after spending well over 500 in one transaction the pharmacist couldn’t and wouldn’t sign documents. We don’t do that here. They honestly don’t do much! Avoid this pharmacy. There’s nothing nice about it. Only the facade which is the giant windows on the building!

I don't trust this pharmacy. I was given a different medication from what my prescription said. When the prescription specifies a particular form, they should at least acknowledge that they don't have the particular product, if it is okay with the customers to have their compounded version of it.When I picked up my medication, I was confused why I was given a different one, but I thought maybe my doctor prescribed a different one this time. When I checked my prescription, I realised that there was nothing wrong with my prescription.I called the pharmacy to ask why I wasn't informed of the differences, then I would have gone to the different pharmacy to get the right one. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude, and yelling at me that it was my fault, I didn't tell them when I was shown how to use it. Yes, it was my fault for trusting a local pharmacy.I wasn't angry or upset when I initially called. However, after speaking to the pharmacist, I am actually upset as she tried to manipulate me as if it is my fault when in fact it is a malpractice. It is somewhat my fault not properly checking the prescription when picking up but isn't it the pharmacist's duty of care to check and inform? All I wanted was an explanation or apology rather than someone yelling at me telling me sorry but it's your fault, can't do anything about it.I am left with this expensive medication they pre-compounded, I hope I can trust their product.

Terrible chemist. Worst phone service I have ever received. And takes ages for scripts to come. And they don’t get back to you. Also when I went to a new chemist to get something compounded which was what I had been getting from here. I’m sure the new stuff actually worked and the script from here didn’t. Buyer beware

Terrible service. Arrogant and rude. Take all repeats and proceed to say it's due to the size of the compound which is no where near as good as originator so you have to use way more which means you use it up in the same time anyway. Needs a full staff refresh because clearly they don't care.

I went to this pharmacy on Saturday. I needed a skin ointment. They said it would be Monday because there was no material. I can't believe why skin medicine is out of stock, even though it's a battle against time. And when I went to pick up my medicine on Monday, I was charged more than $ 20 more than another pharmacy. Why is it so expensive? When asked. This is the price of the medicine. Was just told. Moreover, they forgot me the prescription. This pharmacy is very unfriendly, ignorant and stupid. And when I called to send the prescription home, they were so rude, insulting me that I couldn't understand what you were saying, and even trying to get me to pay the postage. You should never go. I'm really angry And I will never go again. I have never felt so humiliating. They are really useless.

Asked if the pharmacist was able to do the service of a justice of peace was politely told they were too busy and offered an alternative location to get it done. Good communication. Polite staff
