The pharmacist was an absolute Angel! She explained everything about the medication I was prescribed and made sure I understood what needed to be done!However, the reason for my 3 stars was the abysmal customer service at the counter checkout from Dylan. Might as well have been a self checkout because there was no service involved. No communication, paying all his attention and talking to a college while checking out items. And to wrap it all up, he didn’t hand us the receipt he just left dropped it on top of all our products to immediately walk away to laugh with another coworker standing behind him.

I just wanted to check if they have restocked the perfume…. And it was not there.. I didn’t even take one minute… the lady guard literally saw me .. and checked my bag…. I was about to go to work with so many work clothes and food.. and she was like .. more I want to see more .. very unappropriate.. just literally 20 seconds in store.. and made me check my entire bag when I didn’t touch a single stuff… what a shame….Worst lady guard ever….

Staff are consistently rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Worse experience at Chemist Warehouse, that I’ve ever experienced.

My partner and I are banned from any Chemist warehouse for 5 yrs commencing today at the lack of customer service performance of the security guard that was working today(old Indian fella). Whoever is the security company hiring this clown,get rid of him.Hes of no benefit to your company Unprofessional on all level....oh by make that 10yrs,il take my money elsewhere.

My daughter was clearly traumatised by her experience there at the hands of the female Indian security officer this week, vowing to never shop there again. She was targeted I suspect because of her age, gender and ethnicity. She could clearly see that my daughter had made purchases at the counter and had the receipt, also, but forced her to pull everything out of her backpack, with no apology afterward after finding nothing of interest. At the same time the older man of a different ethnicity following behind who wanted to show his receipt was moved along by the security officer, who had no interest to check his purchase. This is no way to treat customers and I, also, will not be shopping there again.

Extremely poor service. I wish I can give you minus minus - Review.Sunday 30th Oct 2022 around 6pm, I went to buy some perfumes. I was looking around the perfume section and yes I was bit confused which one to buy. After a while I realised that the security guard was staring at me, I knew it was her job to do so I ignored her. After getting the one I liked, I went to register for checkout. I bought my stuff and about to leave out but the security guard stopped me and asked me to show my bag and I understand it is a security procedure. I showed her my bag and she asked me how many items you bought and I replied just one and here is the receipt if you wanna have a look. She said ,”that’s fine, but can I check you bag,”. I was furious and gave her my bag so that she can go through all but she replied that’s fine. The way she was talking and looking at me was super rude.Never going back again if she is in the door.

They will not give you the free gift even if they still have the stocks.

I am very happy with the helpful and friendly staff who always provide me with great customer service every time I shop in this store.

I bought two bottles of hydrogen peroxide here and while buying them was pleasant enough trying to leave the store was anything but pleasant.When asked to open my bag by the security guard I complied and provided receipts for my other purchases. The security guard chose to ignore my receipts then proceeded to ruffle through my bag himseld in an act that was against Australian law regarding bag searches. When I told him to stop he became irate.A few moments later after I had left the store and I took a photo to add to my review of the store he became verbally aggressive with me.While the store its self was clean and the staff helpful I sincerely must urge you to get a new security guard. He completely ruins what would otherwise be a perfectly fine retail experience.

Great value, always offer discounts! But the store presentation needs to be improved! Hard to find anything, not enough space between the aisles.
