Received the most helpful and efficient service today with the return of a bag that unfortunately became damaged. Could not have been more pleased with the outcome, many thanks to the lovely staff who helped with our refund. Wonderful customer service, you'll definitely be seeing us again soon! :)

Went in looking to get a replacement for the wallet which I purchased from there 2.5 years ago. My old wallet had frayed badly. I wasn't asking for any compensation because I knew it was outside of the warranty. They said that the wallet should have lasted a lot longer and they took it upon themselves to look up my original transaction and arranged a store credit! Amazing service. This was in the Harbour Town, Adelaide store.

Nice selection of items at reduced prices. There's something there for all types of budget. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was choosing just one item! LOL

It was my first time in this store , To return a bag bought in a boutique which wasn’t suitable for my needs , Nevanka was Fantastic and even though the store was quite busy she took the time to help me choose a more suitable bag , And was lovely , I returned yesterday and was served by Tim who was fantastic too .Will be back

Wish the staff here actually talked to you instead of chatting amongst themselves. Also please don’t act so smug, you work for oroton, you do not own the place. Live across the road, been coming here for years, same service every single time. Disgustingly subpar.

Really poor service. The door greeter did not acknowledge me once, I was deciding between a few few bags for over 10minutes. She said hello to countless people in that time and offered her assistance. I went up to purchase my chosen bag. Waiting in line and the sales lady called me next. She took my bag, put it on the counter behind her and disappeared. I was waiting for a few minutes and the other assistant behind the counter kept processing sale after sale as I waited for my assistant to return. I was finally asked why I was waiting at the counter and I said I was waiting to put my purchase through and pointed to the bag behind the assistant. She just said okay and called yet another customer. A third sales assistant appears behind the counter grabs my bag I'm still waiting to purchase and gives it to another customer and said that that was another bag they could look at to purchase. I had to jump in and say I was waiting (STILL) to purchase that item. As I was speaking, I noticed the original sales assistant who was meant to be putting my item through was actually on the sales floor helping other customers. I had my partner and new baby waiting for me for over 10minutes to get served after I was originally called to the register. Absolutely disgusting service. This is why people buy online these days and people are losing their jobs in retail. Awful customer service. I have worked in retail for nearly 18 years, this was appalling. I would have rather bought online and recieved free shipping, even if I had to pay I would have paid shipping, than to have service like that. I always buy and have always bought oroton bags, wallets and sunglasses as the quality is great, it's a shame and real disappointment that the service is so poor. Not even recognition as we left the store by the greeter once again

Let me start with I love love love Oroton products but the serviceI did not recieve nor did I see any other customers recieve is what im rating. There were 3 staff that I saw and not one of them greeted any of us let alone try to help. I was very dissapointed and will not return to the store.Customer service is everything !!!
