Lovely atmosphere and beautiful caring staff.

The staff are good and the residence is presentable. However I have found in the past, my resident has been left in medical isolation" with no working alarm

in relation to comments made by Gillane B. Those comments are not supported by our family, nor does the family believe they are warranted.

I’d like to express my thanks and appreciation to the staff at Highton Gardens in particular Shaun and Georgia. Their understanding, personal interest and time spent in helping support my mother at a difficult time was greatly appreciated.

Transition into aged care at Highton Gardens Care Community has been a positive experience for my parents. Firstly starting as a trial with respite care then making the decision to stay permanently because of the caring supportive environment provided by all the staff.This home has a great culture where the residents well being is of the highest priority.Very happy family here

When you are FAMILY of a resident that resides in your establishment you should be able to find out if your family member is ok. In particular of these bad times. I have been trying to track my Uncle for ages now and have found out recently where he is. Ok you can't disclose information but what you can do is disclose information about me to him so he can confirm who I am. I find your behaviour in suggesting I am not family disgraceful. And am offended by your lazy methods of not assisting me in this matter.Your reply below is interesting as you did not suggest the option of passing my details in the proposed method. Your response was a repeat of we cannot pass information on nor can we get information from you as in me as apparently according to you I'm not family.May I suggest you communicate to your staff better methods of assisting blood family when all they are trying to do is contact family. And make it standard practice of your proposed method below. Then you won't get a bad review. Thanks.......
