All the employees just wanted to finish there shift and not put any work in had 3 customers in total rushed our order couldn’t smoke or be polite poor on topping had to keep telling them to actually fill it up asked for a tiny bit of sauce and got it smothered and wrapped Before could even ask for any seasoning, very pour communication and customer service

It doesn't matter whether they're dead quiet or absolutely slammed, the staff here are always friendly and on top of it. They deal very well with the lunch rush and can always spare a smile and a greeting. The older gent who seems like a manager/owner is absolutely lovely and clearly very experienced. I'm always impressed by how clean the place is, which gives me faith in their food. The only downside is that they can be a bit stingy with salads, but you can always ask for more of whatever's lacking. I've never had a disappointing sub here.
