Wow don't we hate working weekends. Grumpy and rude more than once.

Took 2 weeks to order my medication, staff speak down to you like you're in grade one. The long haired girly looking bloke ABSOLUTELY REAKS OF B.O., none of their staff communicate between each other nor know what they are actually doingAll in all I've never had such a bad experience anywhere as I did here....

Since using Calanna Terry White pharmacy I haven't wanted to use any other chemist. They always are able to sort out my family's needs. Shai recognises me when ever I walk in and has everything ready and makes my visit so much easier. Thank you guys you are awesome!!!!

Have always had nothing but exceptional customer service here. Staff are all really friendly and pharmacist is always happy to answers any questions. Today the staff were beyond helpful helping me get an urgent script. Thank guys!

My husband went to fill his cardiac medication script as he only had a few days left of his meds. They refused to fill it for him and told him to come back in a week. He works from home at night and sleeps during the day so he doesn't get allot of time to do things. He also said the staff member was rude to him. I find this disgusting, I could understand if were some type of narcotic but its heart medication they he needs to help his heart function properly and to prevent another heart attack.

The staff at TerryWhite are amazing. The pharmacist Lisa made my day this morning, answered all my questions and endeavoured to find an alternative solution for my sons medication. Courtney is always bright, cheerful and helpful. Great to have such a friendly local chemist. Thanks TerryWhite!

It seems that every time my husband or I need to fill a script at this pharmacy the wait time is incredibly long. I can understand this when the business is experiencing a high volume of customers but this is not always the case. This morning I went early to fill one script, I was the only customer in the shop at this point, and I was told to wait 10-15 minutes. I came back at the requested time and then proceeded to wait over 15 minutes (over 30 minutes in total) for the medication to be ready. During this time there were two to three customers, including myself, in the pharmacy at any one time whilst there were four employees. From what I can see, the pharmacist on duty was more concerned with completing paperwork out the back than filling and checking the medications whilst customers sat around waiting for extended periods of time. I won’t be returning to this business when I can wait half the time and enjoy friendly customer service elsewhere.
