I could not speak higher of Vinzi and Rachel, they completely went above and beyond to help us get our dream home. We built with them 2 year ago, and still absolutely love our home. They listened to everything we wanted, and had so much patience, especially considering my husband was very pedantic. They work extremely hard, there were times I would receive emails late at night and felt they always had our best interest at heart.Even 2 years after our build, I accidentally damaged the garage door, and Vinzi was able to help find the details so that I could contact companies to get it replaced. Nothing is ever a problem with Vinzi and Rachel, always willing to help and get the best outcome. I will 100% build with them again.

I started working on my house design with Vinzi 5 years ago. He has been there with me through it all. I could not have gotten my design done without him. We built our house through Vinzi recently and he was nothing short of amazing. He was always easy to contact and would pick up the phone/ reply to emails at anytime of the day/night. He helped us to find the perfect location and land size for our house and also picked the perfect house to go on it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go through if you are looking to build as he made the process as smooth and easy as possible.

When it came to building my first home I was nervous. Not just because I was doing it, but because I was doing it on my own. Being a single mum, knowing very little about building, I was concerned I was going to get taken advantage of. It def had its bumps, but Vinzi made sure the process was smooth sailing - well building. The building company I went with went bust so he made sure I landed on good ground. I was not affected really - in fact I felt like I ended up ahead, as I got a better deal. Vinzi made sure I was looked through out the whole process.Quick on the communication and extremely knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Vinzi to anyone considering a build. The home building process is an incredibly stressful project to be involved in, and is most likely to be one of the most important investments that you will make in your lifetime. It requires a substantial amount of time and resources to bring your dream to life and therefore you need the best and most skilled people working with you on this.Vinzi was recommended highly by a family friend (as it was my first experience with building a home and I wanted to work with someone qualified, who had a genuine interest in bringing my vision to light, and Vinzi was that person). From day one of working with him he was always very skilled in his area of design and architecture, knowledgeable of the WA building industry and Perth market, patient, available, trustworthy, and reliable throughout. He has integrity in the way he operates and was great to deal with, and never failed to return communication to us and keep us informed in every step of the process - even if it was after work hours (and on a number of occasions Vinzi has returned my calls and texts regarding my build on Friday nights and over weekends).When I worked with Vinzi it was recently before the home building boom of 2020, and even though things started to get busy quite quickly Vinzi would always have time to discuss any issues and put us at ease with any queries we had regarding the home building process.I wholeheartedly encourage you to reach out to Vinzi and Rachel to see for yourself the type of people they are and discuss any plans you have for building a new home - you will not be disappointed

We have had nothing but an incredible build journey so far! The house Vinzi helped us design, whilst within budget, meant we were also able to proceed with a high end builder. He fought our corner to get the costs down and came to us with some great recommendations. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Our farmhouse design is nearly complete and we couldn’t be any happier.

I was 28, single income when I had a look on my community page for the most recommended builder - Vinzi’s name was tagged a lot so I gave him a buzz and said hey dude I don’t know if I can afford to build, can you help?I had 0 idea about the process in any capacity and Vinzi guided me through every single step to see what my borrowing capacity was all the way through to excitedly following along through the construction process.I had a few must haves that I felt if I couldn’t have those then I couldn’t afford to build yet and Vinzi made it all too easy.I got everything I wanted within my budget and I was genuinely so surprised by what I could afford.It was a nerve racking process to go through as a single but Vinzi made me feel confident he would have my back.Hearing all the building horror stories makes me even more grateful for Vinzi and his wife Rachel and everything they did to make sure my experience was the best it could be.Above and beyond is an understatement and I definitely know why his name was dropped so much on that page!

After many years of being in a relationship and not owning a home of my own,I found myself in a place where I needed to get my own home.I looked at buying an established home but with my lack of deposit and applying on my own, that was not an option.I realised I could build a house as a single person, from there I rang about eight different building companies and set up a few meetings.As I walked away from each meeting, I would feel uncomfortable with the experience.Finally I had a meeting with Vinzi and Rachael.Vinzi and Rachael were a breath of fresh air from the first phone call.I didn't have much spare time to look at land, Vinzi listened to what I was looking for and suggested a couple of pieces of land for me to go and look at, also arranged for the person selling them to meet me there.The first one I looked at was perfect and I placed a hold on the land that day.I them meet with Vinzi and Rachael to look at house design, they made me feel at ease straight away and once again listened to what I needed in a house.They offered to show me some display homes to help visualise what I would be getting.We went and looked at the display home which I loved and Rachael made a few suggestions of how we could change the ensuite bathroom around for a better visual layout, I loved her suggestions.Vinzi also suggested flipping the front layout of the house to work better.The experience was fun, we had some laughs throughout the appointment and I was happy to sign up and go ahead with the build.Vinzi was amazing throughout the Finace stage and also all the plans and documents, he was always available to take my call and answer any emails.Vinzi has kept in contact to see how the build is going and if I need any help with anything, sometimes it has been just a phone call to see how I am.It has been a challenging time for me throughout the build, I have had to go back and forth between New Zealand for family illness, but in all the turmoil in my life, the one thing I haven't had to worry about is my build and that's thanks to Vinzi and all the help and support he gave me by making sure I was building the perfect home for me.I highly recommended Vinzi and Rachael from Carcione Consulting for their professionalism, kindness, sense of humour and to know they will be there every step of the way.

Vinzi, before starting his own business was with another and thankfully he was working the day my Partner and i were browsing he had a wide range of designs to show us as soon as we sat down because we had no idea what we wanted, changing little things to suit us always putting us first.We started off with a different Building Company but they turn sour on us when they weren't honest. so we switched to Vinzi, he was so on to it, getting everything transferred over super fast, completely Transparent with everything.Always consistent with updates on our home no matter how big or small. Always available to either call, text or email when ever I had a question about anything, Day/night Morning/Afternoon.Very accommodating to our request even the tiniest ones.Yes it may be and still is his job but he's Bloody Brilliant at it! and i couldn't of asked for a better Consultant for our first home Buildwhat started off being one of the most stressful experience of my life Vinzi made it Stress free in the end.
