Love that he is not just a 'lawnmowing guy' but an all round professional landscaping service, so I don't have to go and find a gardener when I need other jobs done.He is helping to nuture our lawn back to health after the interim guy did a botch job of it. I can not speak highly enough about Coastal Groundskeeping! We hired them for regular lawn and garden maintenance and from day one I don't know how ( or why) we ever lived without them. Ash is highly professional, knowledgeable & dependable and always goes the extra mile! There is nothing better than coming home from work to a perfectly manicured lawn and knowing I don't have to lift a finger on my days off! Best service I've ever had and worth every dollar! How Ash conducted his business is absolutely appalling. Upon arrival to our property where we have sent photos prior to show him exactly what's need to be done, he gets here he does not knock on our front door nor call me to ask any questions or talk any further about what is needing to be done. Instead he leaves and sends a text message saying there is a misunderstanding due to construction material and animal waste. Where there was nothing but a single piece of wood on the ground and about two dog poos that where cleaned up immediately. Upon receiving that message I have tried to call and text him to see exactly what he was talking about and to clean anything up he needed to get the job done and he has refused to respond back to his clients. I would not recommend his services to anyone as this has been the worst service I have ever received by someone.
