Hamilton BP pre-payment is a joke. I had to pre-authorise $300, then only took $219 worth of fuel. But, they took the $219 PLUS the $300 out of my account (debit, not credit so it was my cash) and the $300 wasn't refunded for 5 business days after I fuelled up. That's normally called 'theft'. Rang up head office and they were useless, sounded like the kid from Krusty Burger who blamed the bank. Rang the bank and they said the merchant hadn't released it yet.

Really unimpressed with Matthews in Terang this morning. No one there at 7am came back at 8am still no one there. Opening hours on the door 7am to 8pm on Saturday, no note of change of hours or explanation as to why they were closed. I was forced to change our entire plans for the day, if they weren't the only petrol station in Terang, I would never return.
