H&R Block Tax Accountants - Endeavour Hills

Was told fees for payment would come out of my return. Then I was contacted by debt agency saying I haven't paid them despite being told it was paid.The accountant was also meant to pay into my account however this didn't happen i was sent two cheques in the mail 2 weeks later.

Will give a very honest review. The girls that work here are very friendly, and they try to be as helpful as possible. Their tax knowledge isn't that extended, so anything beyond basic individual/personal tax returns, and they will struggle. So would not recommend it if you're a sole trader /business. If you do end up using their services, I would recommend doing research beforehand yourself, about deductions, especially about the $20K immediate deductions for small businesses (as they didn't seem to know it exists). In conclusion, they're usable.... but if the estimate on the return they give you isn't what you expected, seek a second opinion.

My recent experience with H&R block for tax return was very good. The Accountant was courteous, very efficient and considerate in explaining the entries, calculations and the estimated tax refund. I will definitely be returning to them next year and have already recommended the Accountant to a family member. Thank you!!
