Really good meals and plenty of seating. The service was really friendly and quick. There's some lovely glass work in the doors.

Stopped in for dinner. We were served quickly. This is a fascinating place ,full of history. The old photos were captivating. The beautiful timbers a delight. Oh the food was good.

Was a while ago had a dinner meal here & meal was very generous in size, cooked nicely never had to wait very long & a great price. Staff were very friendly, quite a few people coming for dinner & getting takeaway as well as lots of memorabilia of the history. All in all a great old pub.

We stayed in the family room which was clean and comfortable with generous space. We ate at the hotel (now called The Big Pub). The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was absolutely fresh, delicious and generous size, at a very fair price. Will definitely return to both!

Oh my gosh. They have the best food. You need to try the reef and beef. It's more than just prawns.I really wish I lived closer just based on those meals.
