Thank-you to the staff of Tobin Brothers Sunshine for your exemplary professionalism, empathy, and kind support that you provided our family.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend heartfelt thanks, on behalf of myself and my family, to Sophie Soklievski who was the Funeral Director for our father. Sophie's professionalism, sensitivity and kindness reduced some of our stress levels giving us time to call family members, write the eulogy, prepare ourselves emotionally for dad's funeral and, more importantly, enabled us time to begin our grieving. Sophie organised everything from the Church Service, the Viewing, the cards, flowers, the funeral planning and made dates for appointments we had to attend. From the moment I first made contact with Sophie, she was making phone calls, following up information on our behalf and responding to all of my calls and text messages. In addition to Sophie's detailed work, I would also like to thank three other members of the Tobin Brothers team for their support and they are Lynda Henderson, dad's funeral planner, Mark, who drove the hearse with our beloved father in it and Marie, who drove my family and I to the church, the cemetery and then back to the venue where we had the Wake for dad. Our heartfelt thanks to you all for your utmost professionalism, compassion and understanding. Kindest and deepest regards from Anna Serovski and family.

Tobin Brothers could not be faulted with their service when my Grandfather recently passed away. The facility is very well set out, though parking can be a little tricky. Everything is modern, clean and inviting.They ensured we were all very comfortable, even with pandemic restrictions, did not rush us and ensured we had ample time with our Grandfather prior to the service commencing.The service itself was conducted beautifully and perfectly encapsulated a telling tale of his wonderful life, in both pictures and words.Thank you so very much for making a difficult time much more bearable for us.
