Excellent customer service.Ordered in a sale item and held it until I was able to pick it up, took it out the box and loaded it into the car. Was helpful from the time I walked in and throughout the entire purchase process.

The store and in particular the store manager was massively helpful when replacing a warranty item going as far as organising with a closer store to take the old item and replace. Couldn’t be more helpful and I am very grateful for your time and efforts

I had a fantastic young man who was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain things to me, showed me how to erect a tent and how to fold it away.Then he gave me a practice run so I could do it by myself. He was VERY intelligent, helpful, polite, had patience and left me very grateful that there are still lovely people in this world. Thanks your the best.

Customer service is non existent.You’re made to feel like a burden from the second you walk in.No smiles, no hello. Just grumpy and frumpy.No refunds on purchases….BFC does…Bunnings does…literally anywhere else does. They only do in store credits.Not keen to head back there any time soon.

Although on this visit I didn’t purchase anything, I just want to commend the staff on their people skills. When I was in the store, every single staff member acknowledged me and asked if I need a hand with anything. This never happens to me! When I go to BCF next door, it’s like I’m invisible unless I’m buying something. Not the case with Getaway outdoors! Staff are always so polite and helpful whether I am buying something or not. I will continue to be a customer. Thank you

Loads of quality stock and items within ranges (unlike BCF who seemingly only stock one brand these days) making it easy to compare and choose. Great service, and they price matched a special at another store. Happy customer here!

Great service from Shane. Had an issue with my Hobie mirage drive in Exmouth. Spoke to Shane and he advised he had the part. Had it shipped the same day. Very happy!

Being a member of Getaways Outdoors I just love the place. I was there to get my LPG has bottle refilled. Quick easy and cheap. Parking can be a little tight as there are a number of car parts stores etc. All in all its not bad.
