I’ve found Canterbury steel excellent to work with. Their workmanship is excellent and they were extremely accomodating when we needed to make late changes. Would recommend them to anyone!

I am completely satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship we received from CSW. I requested a quote and they were able to be on site the next day to take measurements, provide suggestions for the replacment gate. I live in a heritage listed house and required the gates to be replaced in keeping with the original design. Their quote was very reasonable and their design and colour suggestion fantastic. CSW advised that delivery would take 6 weeks, and the gates were actually installed in 5! Installation was completed in a couple of hours and their workman were courteous and diligent. So impressed were my neigbours that they arranged a quote to have their gates replaced!! Many thanks. I refer you to the before and after photos provided.

These guys made us a custom louvred door for our home subfloor/workshop and It is AMAZING. Easy to work with from start to finish. Quick responses to emails, provided estimate over email and comprehensive quote after a site visit, with lots of ideas thrown in to help us. Real attention to detail when fitting and consulted with us for every important decision. Real pros, and friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t recommend more.

Terrible from the word go. No professionalism. Dont return calls or emails. No one knows whats happenning once youve placed your order. Most dont speak english.

I wanted a quote for driveway gates. Canterbury Steel said they quote via email and asked me to provide the measurements, driveway photos and design. Contacted them after three weeks as still hadn't received quote. This time I was asked for sketches!I have had two other companies come out, measure, and answer my questions in the meantime. One of those will get the job.

We used Canterbury Steel Works to make a custom privacy screen for our house in Nov 2016. The experience was excellent. Their service was fantastic and they tried to help and solve our challenges all of the way through. They used their experience to guide us to the best possible solution for our job. There were several times when they requested something of us and we couldn't provide it - they worked around it. The turnaround time of the order was reasonable and they kept to their estimate. The install was trouble free, efficient and professional (they even knocked back a 'thank you' tip on the day!). We are very happy with the end product and would recommend Canterbury Steel Works to anyone with no reservation. Thank you Kanti and the team!

Disappointing experience. Keep following up with them for a quote but never got a reply over a 2 week period. Time wasted.
