Disgusting do not go here for a birthday custom cake I ordered a batman inspired cake and got this absolute disgraceful cake all grey no happy 2nd birthday no images on the sides nothing all she could do was give my partner edible images to put on ourselves they ripped because I didn't know what I was doing supposed to be rainbow because my son dosnt eat chocolate he's 2 no decorations nothing absolutely fuming

I asked for them to design a nightmare before chirstmas cake for my sisters birthday and even though they are under new management and working very hard to re do the store and everything they accommodated my request and were so amazingly kind and understanding. The cake was fantastic.10/10 would recommend them.Taste and flavour 10/10Design 10/10Service 10/10Friendliness 10/10Honestly amazing.

Extremely disappointed with the 2 cakes ordered for mother's day. Mud cake wasn't decorated on top, couldn't cut a full slice, it broke in half. Torte was an absolute disaster, couldn't cut it without it falling apart. Ended up spooning pieces onto plates. No thanks, no more. I'll go elsewhere

Ordered a few days ahead of time for my son's 16th.I'd left instructions in the comments of the web order to write a short message and to change the pink decorations to chocolate ones.I called the afternoon of collection to make sure everything went smoothly only to find these things could not be accommodated. I was told it comes pre made and no adjustments could occur.If staff had called to let me know, it would have been no issues and I would have changed cakes. Instead I had a cake with pink piping.There was no apology or thought process to attempt to rectify the situation. Very underwhelming service and care considering the cost.This is the second bad experience here (the other being that items were left off of the cake because they'd run out but didn't call to inform me.) Had to get an uber to get collect the missing pieces and again no apology.Will not make the same mistake again.

Great selection of cakes on display. So many options to choose from. I ended up going for the Strawberry and Cream. My cake was very delicious and so fresh. The sponge was so light and fluffy and the staff member was so pleasant. Definitely one of my go to places for cake.

This is the Elizabeth SA store. I rung and placed an order for a birthday cake. When I got there the girl couldn't find my order anywhere. Lucky they had one in the display cabinet. It looked a little old - the fruit was walted - but I bought it anyway. No apology was given. The girl looked extremely disinterested to be there, slapped the box shut and stared at me until I realized she's waiting for payment. She looked at me depressed and asked if I want a receipt. Behind her was an under new management sign. This is not how you start new business endeavors. I have been buying cakes from here often for years. Very disappointed.

Always excellent friendly helpful service at the Elizabeth shop, choices & custom products has always been the best but the service is the reason we keep coming back

Great cake and amazing staff !! I went in for a quarter slice but the flavor I wanted was not in the shelf . One of their staff ella took the effort to go back inside and sliced a quarter that I wanted ! Great effort ! Thank you
