Rejuvenate Pilates
The whole experience of exercising is enjoyable with Rejuvinate Pilates staff, equipment and environment. The staff are professional yet aware and caring; great attitudes; everythin g is clean, airy and feeling of space. I look forward to classes, having glossed over the memory of how hard I worked at the last class!!! Cannot recommend this company and their staff and facilities enough. Thanks everyone.

Rejuvenate Pilates Caloundra has become my second home. The staff and members are warm and welcoming. No two classes are the same and the instructors have a high level of knowledge. Thanks to Rejuvenate, I'm moving better and walking taller

The professional and friendly way of the instructors, the cleanliness of the beds and area and the fantastic atmosphere will take me back week after week after week!It has become my place of escape, relaxation, retune, hard work and focusing on myself!Love it!

Rejuvenate Pilates
First session back after a 4 year Pilates hiatus and it was such a great session. Light hearted with a few laughs and an all round good vibe. Rejuvenate Pilates are fantastic and highly recommend.

Love my classes at Rejuvenate Pilates. Each instructor is unique but always gives a great work out. The studio is light and airy and the image of the beach on the back wall really sets the vibe.

Rejuvenate Pilates
I have enjoyed the reformer program. I have got positive results which have been noticed many of my friends. I am feeling stronger and more able to tackle more physical activities throughout my day. The Reformer Program is working for me and I am looking forward to seeing more results as I improve my fitness.

Rejuvenate Pilates
I love going to classes at Rejuvenate. The instructors and admin are lovely and I always leave feeling happy and strong. I started 4 months ago to build up my leg strength and stability for water and snow skiing. Achieved a personal milestone recently when I stood up first go on my first attempt at water skiing. Thank you Rejuvenate for your support and encouragement.

Rejuvenate Pilates
Instructor was very friendly and helpful being my first time. Class was great and I feel will be perfect for my needs. Other people there were friendly too. Studio was very clean and tidy. And ample parking.
