Absolute biggest rip off I’ve ever seen. Would never ever purchase there or recommend to anyone needed anything. Went in for a side marker light which I had been quoted $40-$50 at bundy star and the same at ken Lendt. Instead they quoted me $118 and told me that was there retail price. When told them what I was quoted elsewhere I got told they could drop it to $60. At that I told them to jump in a lake. BIGGEST RIP OFFS EVER!!!!

3 years I've supported this business but it continues to decline in service. A coin operated turnstile should be installed to capitalise on the constant stream of staff that head out the door. The last year alone has seen at least 10 staff come and go, the average new recruit lasting about 2 months. I've lost count of the useless counter staff, and store managers. No reliable rep for at least 18 months, the level of skill and experience is dismally low, and far from sufficient to support the industry. Most of us in the industry know their part numbers and products better than the staff. Now a counter jumper has been promoted to branch manager, I was in store this week and her over the top, ocker carry-on is absolutely unprofessional and cringeworthy to witness. To top it off, the new parts bloke is as arrogant as I've seen yet and that's really saying something for this store. The area or state manager needs to have a long hard look at this store. If Baxters, Ionnic or Jas opened in Bundaberg I doubt this store would make enough to keep the doors open.
