We've been coming here for years and really appreciate the service. The staff stick around which is a good sign! Always friendly and reliable.They could open for longer at weekends, that's my only quibble :)

Well stocked for a small Chemist, friendly and helpful pharmacists and staff. It has easy access front and back (with ramp), and walk through to GP next door.

They are good but there is one staff member there i think is new that has a silent but creepy demeaner.

Wow. First visit here and definitely my last. I was abused by a chemist when I asked him to sign an affidavit. Apparently they have set times for this and I was abused because I asked out of those hours. I purchased some things and waited at the front cash register for around 7 minutes to be served. A girl who appeared to be the only staff member in the shop area was stocking shelves no more than 6 feet from me, and despite me waving when I caught her eye she continued filling the shelves and ignored me. Two people arrived behind me and we all waited another 2-3 minutes before the girl came to serve us. She did not speak to me once, put my change, my items and my receipt on the counter despite me having my hand out to receive them. No offer of a bag for my purchases. Before I left I stood an watched her do the same thing to the next customer. What a shocking experience of rude, disgraceful customer service.

The Pharmacists are arrogant and rude. Forget about asking them to witness a single document (they only had 2 customers and were not at all busy) or even looking you in the eye when they talk to you. I’ve seen them treat other customers despicably. The general staff are so polite and friendly. Guess it balances out the arrogant pharmacists they have to work with.

Got a vaccination here. The pharmacist who did it did a great job and Jane in the dispensary was amazing.

You know a great place when the staff are happy, and have been there for years. Feels like a community pharmacy, professional, kind and attentive service. Always lots of sales on too!

Takes a while for staff to get to know you, but once they do they are kind, helpful & compassionate. Their free delivery service is excellent & has helped me so much during times of illness
