I have ordered from this company a few times now, the most recent the 30 acrylic tiles I ordered were the wrong style and size however after emailing Jane in customer service a new set of 30 tiles was sent out in the correct style and size within 2 days. Very good quality product and good communication!

Extremely poorly run. They over promise all the time and underdeliver that things will be ready on time.I ordered 3 sheets of Matte Cloud Cream and it was way over $300, were I could find a similar colour online for less than $30 a sheet. Very expensive product for what you get. I also got something printed just with black ink, and as soon as I got home it was already flaking off. Very disappointed in the product control and the service.

Order marble style sheet. The photo online and what actually arrived was VERY different. Called to ask if I could swap it and got a very rude, If you don't like it

Was looking for a purple sheet and this company was costing it over $90 for an A1 sheet, which I thought was quite expensive. I found another Australian company online selling the exact same same colour for $32... Unbelievable what the mark up is on some products that this retailer sells.

Really happy with the price. Ordered some custom cut sheets for some reptile enclosures and was half the price to get it custom cut here than it was to buy standard size sheets and have to cut them myself from the local hardware store and the thickness was 1.5mm thicker and the sheets are alot more rigid which was ideal for my application.Turn around time was quick and the online custom order process was really simple.

Purchased a wishing well box for my engagement with mine and my partners name in acrylic on the front, when it arrived (Although quite quickly) the right wall of the box has not been glued properly and pulls away defeating the purpose of a ‘secure’ wishing well. the lettering for my name are supposed to be spaced evenly however the R and I are connected and the c is also not glued properly and is crooked leaning away from the I. The latch and the hatches for the box are different colours, when the advertised boxes are consistent and have the same colours for latch and hatch. I emailed Shane, he responses quickly and offered a refund and return shipping or a return and he will fix the product however my engagement is next weekend. He also has offered to send me glue to fix the unglued side. I would not purchase again as the quality check on the product was not there and I have received a product little care has gone into, when it was not a cheap Product and I could definitelyHave gotten cheaper elsewhere. I would not recommend to friends or family and regret my decision to purchase through acrylics online as I expected to receive a better quality product. Not to mention the lettering came with stickers on top to keep them undamaged however they are impossible to get off and only able to get off with a knife defeating the purpose of the acrylic being kept safe because now they’re scratched after almost an hour of peeling off sticky covers with a knife.

I've been searching for a good acrylic sheet retailer for quite a while. Finally, I've found one! and if I'm to rate it, then I would go with A+++ ! one plus for each of: great quality products, cheap prices, and both friendly and efficient customer service. I'm very happy with my purchase.Keep up the good work!
