NEW TENANTS IN THE HOUSE AND WE STILL HAVEN'T GOT OUR BOND BACK!What an atrocious experience renting for 6 months with this franchise. The gas fire broke after our first month living there and it never got fixed during our whole rental period! The customer service experience was rude and I'd be happy to share the choice words they chose to respond to us in the email chain where we've tried to clear up mystery rent arrears of $160 that are yet to explain clearly to us. Our property manager quit the day before we vacated so we can't get any answers.

We rented a property through Buxton which was managed by Joel. Joel was always prompt to reply, organise repairs and just generally fantastic to deal with.

Carly has been our property manager for the house we are renting for almost a year now, and she could not have made it a more enjoyable experience. Any problems we’ve had have been taken care of in a more than timely fashion, and the communication we have had with her has been very pleasant!

I wouldn’t recommend Buxton East Geelong to anyone. My property “manager” was absolutely useless. She was there to collect my rental payments and nothing else. There were things to be repaired when I first moved into the property, that still hadn’t been fixed 12 months later. I also made necessary repairs to the property out of my own pocket because I just couldn’t stand it any longer. My partner and I are now renting through a new real estate agency who are AMAZING! If you want a team that actually care about you as a tenant, steer away from Buxton East Geelong.

Asked if they could look over 2 of our properties. Mathew was with us the next day and gave professional advice. Despite us not committing to a sale, he arrived with and left a detailed report on both properties. Well done.

Camilla Koren was our property manager, she was very helpful and prompt with the responses and queries. Also, she was very flexible with the inspections for the new tenants before we moved out. Our property was handed to Buxton by Oliver Humes in the middle of our tenancy, but Camilla handled everything very professionally. Highly recommend her. Keep up the good work!

We were very happy to rent through Buxton Geelong East. Joel, Jessica, and Madii were very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout, and made moving out during lockdown as easy as it could have been.

Worst ever service got from any real state agency. we bought a house from this real estate agency .After settlement when they handover me the key it was not working Then I called them they told me they never had a front door key and the agent (Bridgette)always use the back door to enter the premises. I call them many time but they told me that the previous owner is not responding. now after two months the previous owner comes to my house and told me that the agency was not responding to his call. Now he handed over the key but no use as I changed mostly the lock as I don’t have the key.Pls, guys take seriously to your clients as we worked very hard to make our earnings ………

I have been with Buxtons for over a year now and their service has been excellent. Jessica Begg-McColl has managed my property professionally and she has applied herself in the best interest of the landowner and tenant. She has always kept me up to date and closed out actions promptly. I could not be happier with her service. Keep up the good work Jess and thanks for all your efforts in managing some previous challenging situations associated with my property.
