Om Yeah is the best! Eden has created such a loving vibe and is always so attentive to the needs of each person in her classes - plus her tunes are always spot on! The physical space is so big and open that I always have plenty of space to do my thing (I can't deal with jam packed spaces where you hit the person next to you every time you move) and I also love that I can book online! Being able to purchase funky little bits and pieces in the shop and access a huge range of courses and workshops at the studio is an added bonus!! Love it!!

I am LOVING Om Yeah yoga. I've never really felt like I've 'got' the whole yoga experience before. It's either felt inaccessible or a bit stop/start...but I'm loving the classes I've been to at Om Yeah so far: Slow Flow with Frances and Tues morning with Nicole and I can't wait to try more. Congratulations to the team on what you've created at Om Yeah. A down-to-earth and welcoming space. A great experience for body, mind, heart and soul.My qi is back and a persistent back ache I've had for the last two years has gone! I haven't felt this good for years. Thank you. I love the quick, easy online bookings and that I can use my Fitness passport here.

Moving back to Coffs I shopped around for my new yoga ‘home’. I went to about 4 places and the moment I walked into Om Yeah, I was done searching.Eden and the environment and Om Yeah are so wonderful. I’ve been to yoga in a lot of places all over and this far exceeds them all.

Eden from Om yeah yoga is incredible! The best yoga classes I’ve ever done, studio is bliss & the family there is so supportive and nurturing! There’s a class for every mood you’re feeling, ranging from relaxing yin style to loud fun hip hop based classes. If you’re thinking about wether you should try it out, trust me, it’s a must!!!! I LOVE Om Yeah & Eden! Best yoga & people!

I am so glad I have found this yoga studio and it’s wonderful teachers. The space is calming, inviting and authentic. Such a beautiful balance accomodating all spiritual levels and skill levels. I have been made to feel welcome and cared for like a member of the family from my very first visit. From the moment I arrived at Om Yeah, I have never given another thought to how good I am or how I look in class, rather I’ve been able to enjoy the practice and grow because I am cared for and not judged.

Great space, conveniently located, Eden is fabulous. Easy to book & pay online, reasonable price. Lovely, calm atmosphere even though you are in the centre of town. Would definitely recommend.

I recently started classes at om yeah yoga and it has been amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and very calming. I did a class recently with Tiina and it was very special - it turned out to be 1-1 session due to class size on the day which was very surprising. Tiina was patient and supportive helping me to go through the session. It was very transformative and since starting I have noticed many positive shifts in my wellbeing as well as being confident enough to make some dramatic changes to my hair style - thank you Tiina and Eden and the team at om yeah yoga - Lynette
