Evolution Coatings

Three weeks more then they estimated and still wasn't ready after they had sent a text message telling me it was ready for collection. The clear coat over the base, lead to cracks in the base coat of my bike frame. very poor finish.

0 stars to these guys, I paid for a full media blast and epoxy coat and what I got was disgraceful. These idiots have didn't blast the rust out of it and they didn't even blast half the paint of this car. The car I am doing for a customer is being built to a show standard, I have had to remove the epoxy coating that EVOLUTION have put on and remove the paint and rust underneath that they failed to remove in the blasting process. This car is now taking 10 times longer to prep for paint than it should of. If this car has paint issues once it is finished I will be taking this pack of idiots to court. What cost me $1000 could possibly cost them $50000. I also had some wheels powder coated there which were meant to be finished in what they told me would be a full gloss silver, they were a satin finish and Evolution said that's the glossiest they could do. Another job from them that I had to re-do and lost money on. On top of that the monkeys that work there can never tell you where the boss is as he is never there to answer the questions. A poorly run operation, will never be going there ever again unless I am with a Lawyer.

##########WARNING#######Sent in my Yamaha WR450F frame and supermoto rims to get powder coated. They did not even sandblast it. Powder coating flaked off easily or simply just fell off. Where there was grease on the frame they just powder coated on top of it and obviously it did not adhere what’s so ever and the coating just fell off. Absolutely gutted and pretty annoyed as this was a ground up rebuild and this has just royally stuffed it up. Thanks guys. Might be cheaper than competitors but absolutely a waste of my money. Just realised everyone else’s reviews and sounds like I am not the only one. This is a warning! Hope you don’t make the same mistake I have.

I highly recomend these guys they have blasted & powdercoated many many things for my company & my personal products ranging from tilt trays through to cars i have sent & taken many customers parts & projects there & have not heard one complaint keep up the good work guys...

I was referred to use Evolution Coatings for coating of some car parts and some paint removal. I can recommend them with no problems.They do some council work and had done some coal seam gas work for large plant.We will be using them again.The staff were helpful and they delivered on time in a professional manner.The process saved me a lot of time, if i had to run around and Chase other providersI have got extra items done there also

I always use evolution coatings when building our cars always a top knotch job and super fast turn around.would recomend them to anyone
