I was running late and called to inform the salon. 90% of the time the reaction from the business that you need to call, would be passive aggressive or cold. Chrissy on the other hand, was sincere and understanding. She did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. On arrival, Chrissy was very warm and welcoming and appropriately professional. Her ability to make me feel comfortable and at ease was very nice. Her communication skills were excellent. She informed me the whole time about what she was doing and why. She was constantly checking me to see if I was alright and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and my first ever visit. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience with Chrissy and I will be telling everyone I know to try a treatment that meets your needs. You won't be disappointed. She was an excellent therapist. Had my first ever microdermabrasion facial today and it was the most wonderful experience. Excellent service. So neat and clean too! My skin already feels incredible :-) can’t wait to go back to Chrissy’s Laser & Beauty.

Not only do I get my laser done there but also been doing facials. Love how passionate therapist is about her work. Not a rushed job either. She takes her time with explaining products and what's going on. As for my laser I noticed better results than my old clinic i use to go. Especially cause I have dark skin so I'm happy about that.

I'm so happy with this home beauty salon. Been going for over 2 years getting my laser done. They are so friendly and welcoming from the moment they greet you. I can ask literally anything and they'll answer my questions. I love that they are so precise with the laser and I'm so happy to say they've become my permanent go to salon for all my beauty needs.

I was left with horrible burns and scars from this place, I've been getting laser done for a while now and this is the ONLY place that burnt me so badly. Please be aware and careful they'll treat you even if they don't have the correct machine for you skin tone. These scars are for life now. They will burn you and claim its normal and will blame your skin tone for it. It is not normal at all . PLEASE BE CAREFUL from this place. These photos don't show how bad it actually is in person.

Tia was so professional, friendly and welcoming. It was my first time doing a laser session here and she exceeded my expectations. She chose the correct setting for my skin type and there was no discomfort whatsoever. She frequently asked me how I was doing and was extremely thorough to ensure she didn't miss any hair. I would highly recommend this place for laser hair removal, as my experience was wonderful! :)

The therapists make you feel so comfortable and right at home. They are very hygienic and very thorough. They spend as much time as they need with you and never rush. I’ve had laser and multiple facials done here and I’ve never looked back! Thank you ladies xx

It was my first time receiving a laser session and had a really positive experience with Tia! :) She is really professional and makes you feel very comfortable during your laser session. She firstly assesses your skin type to decide your treatment plan, and she explains the procedure thoroughly to you. She follows up with text messages before and after your laser session to ensure you are well prepared and caring for your skin correctly. Would highly recommend Tia and her beauty services!

Found my new local beauty spot! I had the most amazing facial, my skin was glowing for days after the treatment and I was so relaxed immediately after. Such good value for money too. I’ve already booked my next treatment!
