I called Jen's Flowers desperately seeking same day delivery with super short notice - they weren't able to help but were quick to offer a suggestion for another company I could try. What great service!

I am disappointed with the service I received from this location. I ordered a mother's day bouquet, Mirambeena, from the online website to be delivered on the 12th of May. I paid $102, ten dollars extra from the regular version to receive a bigger bouquet. The flowers I received were actually delivered on the 11th of May and look extremely different from the website as well. The option to be delivered on Sunday was highlighted so I do not understand why it got delivered early without any warning. Additionally despite ordering an upgrade of the bouquet it looks the same as the cheaper version. I understand that flowers are seasonal but for the price I paid I would have expected it to look more similar or at least be as extravagant and big as the photo shown. Instead it is missing many of the flourishes and size that was shown. Overall, I will not be purchasing flowers from here again as I consider it to be a ripoff.

I contacted Jen's Flowers today with super short notice, needing same day delivery. With deliveries already left for the day - going above and beyond has manage to get a delivery out.Absolutely Amazing Service!!!.After trying multiple florist Jen's Flower definitely came to the rescue!And is my first choice from now on!Thanks Jen Flowers!You guys are fantastic and the flowers looked even better!!

I just bought 2 bunches of flowers off Jen, and cannot speak highly enough of both Jen and her lovely flowers. Jen was so generous with the flowers I received and they were all gorgeous. Thank you so much, I am sure my sister in law will love them when she comes to visit!

I recently got married and has Jen do our wedding bouquets, reception flowers, and the men's boutonnieres. I cannot recommend Jen enough! Not only did she stick to our budget, she created the most beautiful arrangements for us that were exactly what we wanted. Even when it looked like we couldn't get the flowers i was after, she worked out a plan and made it work. She kept me up to date with great communication and was flexible with our time frames. Thanks so much Jen, you did an amazing job!

One of our staff received a beautiful bunch of native flowers from Jen's recently - they were stunning - top quality, fresh and diverse range of flowers, etc. Absolutely beautiful!

I ordered some flowers from Jen to celebrate my Ma's promotion. I would definitely recommend ringing up as she gives you great value for you money's worth. I paid $50 including delivery and got a fantastic bunch of purple and white flowers (Ma's favourite) fresh from the flower market and beautifully wrapped. Delivered the next day! Will certainly be ordering from her again.
