Tim was the celebrant for my wedding and did an incredible job.It was the small attention to detail items that impressed me the most like checking over our vows, printing them off on hard card, and making sure both my partner and I were relaxed.I can't recommend Tim highly enough.

Tim is the perfect celebrant. Not only is he caring, thoughtful, a beautifully calming presence that is fun and incredibly well organised, if you have him as your celebrant your ceremony will be fun and light hearted enough to give your special moment enough ease and air to breathe, whilst also having the perfect amount of professionalism and flair to help make it as special as it should be. Tim thinks about every minute detail, is excited to help you make your very personalised and unique ceremony your own, and he executes it all brilliantly.He helped us write our vows and also produced a beautifully crafted story of our relationship to tell our friends and family. He put so much effort into it and it was way beyond what we expected.He is also a fantastic dance instructor for your first dance. With only a month’s notice - and as such, plenty of moments where we weren’t sure we’d be able to do it - Tim helped us have the exact kind of first dance we wanted that looked and felt fantastic. The dance lessons also gave us an even better time to get to know him and we have loved every minute. He is a truly special guy!And on top of that he was also our MC for the wedding night, he was just perfectly excellent in every way, even helping us run through our first dance one last time away from everyone, and he made our wedding everything that we wanted it to be.There are so many other things that he did that we can’t list them all here. He’s just that good.Every guest we speak with reserves a special mention for Tim and we have had many enquiries from friends for his details for their weddings. We had the perfect wedding day, and I can say with confidence, that it was largely due to how amazing Tim Barnes was as our celebrant and MC.On a day that can often be quite stressful, Tim kept everything calm and under control. The whole ceremony was perfect, start to finish. Tim tailored the ceremony to fit our personalities and was even able to incorporate traditional elements such as the handfasting ceremony. So many of our guests have since told us how much they also enjoyed Tim's work and agreed that he set the perfect tone for the whole event.In the lead up to the wedding, Tim really took the time to get to know us and put us completely at ease. We had such a fantastic time, whether it was catching up for brunch, or having zoom calls, he was always reaching out and supporting us. He made a genuine effort to get to know us and it really felt like we had a close friend performing our ceremony when the day came.Thank you for the perfect day! Tim was such a joy to work with, he has such a great personality, felt like a good friend we had on our side helping us through our journey to make it through to the wedding day, and was highly professional at the same time. Choosing Tim as our celebrant and MC was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process.From the start, he was kind, genuine and organised – everything you want from a celebrant. He guided us through the process with such professionalism and warmth. At every moment, Tim was willing to go the extra yard, from suggesting father of the bride present ideas when we had given up to organising a bubble canon!At the wedding Tim, spoke beautifully about marriage and us. My father-in-law remarked in his speech that Tim’s knowledge of us as a couple may have even outdone his own! He really takes the time to understand you both, your sense of humour, your family’s background, everything. So when the day came, he became part of the group so easily. Everyone felt like they knew him. I don’t think I’ve spoken to a guest about our wedding without them mentioning what a wonderful job Tim did.I can’t recommend Tim highly enough.

Tim was an absolute super star to work with. We asked for informal and fun and Tim really nailed the brief. All of our guests commented on how great Tim was as a celebrant and recognised the ceremony as one of the most beautiful ceremony they have ever seen. Tim has a natural ability to keep it personal and engaging, not telling our story but allowing people to live it through all of the emotions.Tim was also our MC for our reception, he bought all of the energy; he did an incredible job of getting the party started and keeping the day on track.We can't thank Tim enough for making our day extra memorable.

From our initial meeting we knew Tim was a good fit for us, within about 30 seconds it felt like we were reconnecting with an old friend.Tim helped make the preparation up to our wedding so easy and seamless, guiding us through the whole process and assisted in ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly. He ran us and our bridal party through a rehearsal reminding us of the smaller details that we otherwise may not have considered, like which side to seat our parents so they could see us, and the passing along of bouquets so that the maid of honour was prepared to 'fluff' my dress as needed before taking my bouquet.At all times our chats were filled with laughter, revisiting our 'love story' to really ensure our ceremony was tailored and very personalised to us. Afterwards we have had so many comments about how relaxed and wonderful our ceremony was run. With Tim's assistance some family that were unable to make the day were also able to watch on Zoom.Tim took charge of making sure he had our songs downloaded ready to go, our vows printed (after also assisting us with perfecting them) and guiding our 'bubble boys' into position for our exit, ensuring they stood in the optimal position with the wind we had at play on our day.At all times Tim was professional, well prepared and organised, even checking in on me in the wedding week to see if I needed anything else done. Tim always had a warm and calming presence which is what every couple needs in their wedding lead up.We couldn't rateTim any higher and are so grateful we came across his profile when putting our day together.
