TEMPLE OF THE DIVINE

Hello, I went to the Abbotsford convent witch market on Sunday and I was not so warmly greeted by Jocelyn the owner of temple of the divine. I showed her and the other coworker that I had been to their store on chapel street which is beautiful, by showing her a bag from their store to show my support. I also mentioned that I had seen their TikTok to which I got a nonchalant response and it made me feel unwelcome. With someone who has ADHD & autism and struggles to have normal social interactions and a customer of their store, the vibes were definitely off and I felt unwelcomed by this behaviour. For the rest of the event I saw her wondering around at other stalls shopping around and not at her stall as well which I found unprofessional.

This space is magick! From the street the smell invited me in. The owner is so helpful and has such a fierce sweetness. So many gems in here that I walked away with.Body oils, sacred jewellery, smudging sticks.Even if you never experienced the magic of ritual, come and see if anything catches your eye.
