Sacca's Fine Foods

Great place for fruits & vegetables, deli & grocery. There is a cafe inside too where you can get yummy biscuits, cakes, coffee etc.

With much anticipation I shopped at Sacca's Fine Foods on their opening day.First impressions are fantastic! There is an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables that has been lovingly presented. (I've included pictures from the store in this post.) You will find produce here that's not stocked readily in chain supermarkets.The deli section is well stocked with quality product and there are heaps of staff ready to assist.

Disgusted by this store. I am a local, shop here occasionally, but will not be returning. As other reviews have mentioned, they’re trying to be upmarket, yet they sell low quality fruit and veg at an inflated price and have disgraceful customer service. Last week I purchased potatoes that were 3/4 bad - could not be eaten, mould growing on some and was rudely refused a refund. Second instance happened today. I was approached by who I was told was a an owner of the store. Got told off by him very abruptly for taking an extra single use plastic bad to put my nectarines in. Its literally plastic that breaks apart after once use and would cost them less than 5 cents. Customer service and care is lacking here and so is quality of product. How money hungry can you seriously be. Will not be retuning here.

One of the most comprehensive ranges of fresh produce, with some uncommon fresh herbs and vegetables to be found here. Also have a good variety of other staples like cured meats, cheeses and dry staples like pasta and grains. Prices for fruit and veg tend to be quite reasonable, however some of the other items can be more expensive than the supermarket. A good one stop shop if you're looking to whip up a fancy dinner or hosting sone friends.

Good store. Fresh food. Nice staff. Bloody nightmare to get a loaf of bread sliced though. Only two out of the five staff will do it. A bit sick of working so hard for some sliced bread (good invention).To the team please sort it out. It's not hard.

I love Saccas. Excellent quality fruit & veg. Their range of deli meats & cheeses is spectacular & wide range of freezer products including prawns, scallops, calamari and squid. As well as other staple products. Best part is they're cheaper than the 2 big supermarkets on all items.

Has the potential to be a good store, but the staff seem very lazy in the deli. I asked to put some ricotta into a container (as opposed to a bag - it gets so mushy in a bag). They firstly tried to tell me to get one of the smaller (and more expensive) containers from the fridges. I said I didn't want that one and the older lady there actually REFUSED to put ricotta into a container, because that's not how we do it here". Um...what? Surely

Nice large clean store bought some nice cake at their cake bar. Lots of variety - nice fruit and veggies and grocery items.

Love this store. Has such a wide variety of fruits and vegetables at such a low cost. I find they are very fresh and keep longer. This store also has a wide variety of other products that you don't normally find in other stores. It is a very clean shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Most of the veggies were fresh and a lot to choose from. Unfortunately, the ginger was rotten and fungi were forming. Well spaced aisles and very spacious shop. The prices are a bit steep. cash counters are required on the other side of the shop.
