Kingscliff Remedial Massage and kinesiology

I came to see Nikki because I was suffering from constant headaches.Nikki pinpointed the exact area of discomfort and with her techniques she was able to relieve the headaches pretty much instantly.I wasn't aware my neck was out of alignment and she was able to re-align without causing any pain.I was also given advice on posture, excersises and stretches that I can do at home to prevent future headaches.Thanks Nikki, love our sessions.

I have been going to Nikki for a couple of years. Initially I needed help with ongoing hip pain and the physical effects of sitting too much in my job. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about healing the body and how one part affects the other. She has always been able to offer relief from my physical issues as well as ideas on how to combat them (stretching, massage ball). Throughout this time I combined Kinesiology with massage and was again amazed by Nikki's level of knowledge and expertise in this area. I continue to see Nikki monthly now to maintain the health and wellness she has helped me reach. I highly recommend her massage and kinesiology.
