E WASH

Thanks Ewash quickly sorting out our towels for our End of Trip facility.Being a cyclist getting to work and having some to take a shower and have fresh towels is fantastic!I appreciate it.

They advertised for a van driver on ABN...With UNPAID TRAINING FOR 5 DAYS... which is illegal.... So to game the system they employ a person on full time hours on an ABN at $20 per hour... (Probably works out to be $12 and not minimum wage)... and then they are free to make some desperate person needing a job WORK FOR FREE FOR FIVE DAYS.If you support a company that plays the system to rip off the workers... this is the one for you.

The WORST Customer Service EVER!!!!

The quality of the towels are poor, some have holes, others terrible smell. They increase the price without telling any customer. I just notice it when I received the invoice.

The service is really bad

So basically this is a subscription. The minimum is $40 or 80 tea towels, if you don't want 80 tea towels you can reduce to 40 tea towels or even 30 tea towels for the exactly same price weekly which is $40 for 40 tea towels or even 30 tea towels. If you only use 10 for the week, the next week they come in they will give you 10 tea towels and charge you $40 too, and if you don’t use any tea towels they don’t give you any new tea towels, but they just come in to charge you $40 anyway. Re-consider you if thinking about signing a contract with them.

I have extremely agreed what Charlie left review about E washI have been used for nearly 7 years, they turned worse and worse specially after Covid-19Their customer service was disgusting and they think that they are one of kind in that industryBeware people who looking for laundry services, There are many other business what provide better customer service and cheaper price than E-WASHIt is up to you to choose E-Wash but Good luck to havepartnership with E-wash for your business

I have been using E-wash for close to 5 years now from my previous venue until today and we had a good run (hence the two stars) but the quality and service has declined dramatically during the last year.Very inconsistent deliveries; If one of the drivers is sick or for whatever reason not able to do their run for the day we don’t get any notice until we have to be calling them to chase up our delivery.The prices have been increasing quiet often which is understandable but the last increase was charged without any previous notice and in only one year they have increased by 118%When I called the office to leave feedback and to explain why we are parting from our partnership they didn’t seem to care at all and actually seemed happy to be loosing a customer.
