We purchased a pastry and sasuage roll for my kids.While we were sitting and eating outside we realised there are no spoons as i went to ask the lady at the counter for a spoon she was resentful and said she cant give any spoons as they dont have wooden spoons.I asked her from the time she has served us she was quite grumpy Nd upset is there a problem in serving us as i dont see this attitude with other customers.To which she said she is tired.??Not sure if humanbeings from other cultural origins are welcomed.

The bread here is very tasty, but minus stars because of the older lady on service sometimes. She never greets properly and looks upset half the time. She should improve a bit if she is working in customer service!!

Staff are rude and too busy calling and giggling with her phone. woman on her 40s/50s. ignoring food hygiene by letting the flies feeding on the bread which is the first thing I saw when I entered the shop. was immediately disgusted, turn around and leave.

I called the lady to ask if she has a specified donut left so I could come and buy some instead of going all the way to the store just to find out there’s none left. She talked so rudely with me on the phone and just told me to come and that she’s waiting for me. I go to the store and there’s none left. When I tell her that I called and she said there’s some left, she just pointed to the chocolate cake…. Like I was speechless. All that driving for nothing. Very bad customer service.

One of the best Black Forest Cakes I have tasted in Sydney! It was so fresh and moist and was so tasty that the cake was over in a jiffy after it was cut!

I love breadtop and unfortunately, this is the one close to my houseWorst customer service every time but today I bought a coconut loaf and buns then paid, then I realised I’m gonna need a bag, I asked for a bag, they asked for 10cents, I was ready to pay, but apparently I can only pay cash, so had to get carry the breads without then bagIf you want me to pay please ask for bag before I pay

Called to ask about ingredients of the cake , the lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude ! Just had a look on other reviews not surprising they got heaps of 1star , i would rate negative if i could . Shame on you

The cake here is amazing!My daughter loves it and I buy it for her for her birthday every year!She can't wait for her next birthday!! :)
