I recently had my tyres changed at this service centre and was really impressed with the customer service. The tyres weren’t available at the time, however the young woman working in customer service was really helpful and positive. She went out of her way to source the tyres from another place and have them done on the same day. What an asset she is for the business

Worst ever service from this guys as one of guy was so dishonest to work and didn’t done any work and charge me for the service which he haven’t done. Worst ever customer service as the owner was also rude didn’t listen to my problem and in arrogant way gave me refund as if he is doing favour to me. Was too racist didn’t apologise for their mistake as well not expecting this kind of behaviour. I hope this doesn’t happen to any other

This place is always busy, that's because they are the best place in Ballarat to sort your tyres...They always seem to find time to fit you in and help you out. Highly recommend.

Great service, tyres were done in the estimated time.10,000km free rotation and also did a free rear wheel balancing when they didn't have to :)Will have to take the wife's car here next.Thanks

Your staff are so rude and provides pathetic services. Your staff did wheel alignment of my car and need to make sure it was right on that day. When I came after few days whilst my car was pulling left. Your staff said no time to look it and ordered me to come late afternoon. Also used swearing in front of my small baby.Please train your staff to be poliet and courteous.I regret why I changed my car's tyre here and used your bogus wheelalignment service.

There was an external situation over the other side of the bridge, Justin didn't have to but he noticed and came over to check if everyone was alright. His kindness in making sure strangers were okay shows there's still good people in the world. Thank you again
