The service by the girl was amazing but she needs help. There was 3 people waiting in store and more at the drive thru, let alone the fact she is by herself if an accident happens. She is an asset to your business, but she was so stressed out being here by herself!!

Lots of big blow flies everywhere inside the food prep and dining areas. Tiny portions!! We were still very hungry after our IQ and Power bowls with PAID extra ingredients.Much bigger and tastier bowls at Burleigh. Never going back to Nerang Zambrero.

Ordered an IQ burrito and was given white rice instead of black rice. Got it take away so only just realised. Very disappointing. This is not what I paid extra for.

The poor young girls working here, their brown haired manager was swearing and rolling her eyes at them while I was at one of the tables eating. It felt like I was watching a high school bully.

If you want a delicious bowl go to the Robina location, the photo was taken from there today yummy.Zambrero at Nerang is the worst, tiny portions, I make the comments to Nelly and she says that I will be charged extra for anything. I will never come back to Zambrero Nerang.

Asked For a Kids bowl. Received a small bowl wasn't that hungry. Also only one staff on. I know if staff don't turn up it's hard but everything I go here it's a wait. Compared to other zamberos

Great service by Cordelia. Very friendly and very helpful. Food was fresh. Store was also very clean.

Delicious beef bowl. I ordered mine delivery and it was still warm and fresh. Flavour was much better then GYG. Must try.
