I wrote a review a few days ago. Like I predicted, my nail has broken because of the from of the nails. I’m in extreme pain and cannot sleep. The salon refused to fix my nails last week and this is the result.

Amy & her husband are amazing at nails & pedicures. I’ve also had my lashes done her many times too. Some of the other technicians can be hit & miss. My nails never chip or break when I get them done here. I don’t mind waiting either

Have been a long time customer. The male owner does a fantastic pedicure. Waxing is always fine too and the ladies are friendly and kind. Lily Nails take walk ins and can also make appointments. Have a spend $30 three times and get $5 off" card.Have massage chairs and lots of different nails and beauty treatments.Good value and reliable service."

Amy does a great job with eyelash extensions in particular, and such a good price!Pedicures are great also with great massage chairs to enjoy during sessions

Nail salon do not use sterile equipment!! I had a pedicure here, they cut down the side of my toe nail and within 24 hours infection started to appear, so much so that my toe was swollen and difficult to walk on. Had to go to a podiatrist to get it rectified, and it’s an ongoing visit to the podiatrist until my nail grows back so I don’t get an ingrown nail from the way they cut it. Would not recommend.

Terrible service, does not honour booking system or customers waiting time. Keeps customers waiting 30-40 minutes past their booking time. Speaks to their customers disrespectfully when the customer tries to discuss an issue. Technician does messy and unclean work, blames the customer for keeping them late and let's the customer leave the salon with stained fingers and cuts due to rushing and poor practice.

Booked for a 3:30pm appointment for SNS nails and toes (Shilac). Had to wait almost 30min before they started the appointment. Price on website quoted as $35 for SNS and haven't updated with a notice in the shop saying prices are increasing and verbally quoted to $40 after the wait. Upon mentioning the information is misleading and the prices on the website should be honoured as nothing was mentioned on the phone either about a price increase, I was told the owner is in Vietman and it's not in the staff's control. Extremely poor service and communication. Business displays a lack of trust and integrity. Would not recommend.

If i could give this place 100 stars i wouldI have been coming here for 8 months now and i am satisfied every time. I moved away from croydon but i refuse to go anywhere else so i take the time to go to Lily Nails.I have NEVER had a nail from this place fall off or break. They are always stuck on until i go and get a refill. The ladies and men are so kind and always listen to make sure you get exactly the nails you want. Everybody should try Lily Nails

First time having my lashes done here today and the lady who did them was so quick but did an amazing job, very happy and will be back in 3 weeks.
