I had a brow wax by Beth. I've been to many different salons, and don't always feel that confident getting my brows shaped. But Beth wasn't only welcoming and friendly, but very meticulous and conscientious. Definitely recommend.

I had a wax by Beth and I was not disappointed! I never am with the ladies at Essential Beauty. Beth kept me comfortable and calm during the wax, being kind and friendly while still feeling professional. She was so bright and bubbly and matched my energy wonderfully and left me feeling amazing! I didn’t feel vulnerable or uncomfortable as she continued to talk to me casually. We laughed and had a wonderful time! Cannot wait for my next appointment!!

A massive thanks to Ash for all of my piercings. I wanted to get 5 piercings done in the one session and Ash was so professional and patient with me. I was a little hesitant about the discomfort I’d feel but the level of care and detail they took made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. So happy with how the piercings have turned out. Thanks again Ash for your friendliness and professionalism- you’re a credit to Essential Beauty!

On Saturday I got a bikini wax done by Ash. Normally I get waxed by lily but she had quit so I was booked in for Ash. Ash was quite careless with the waxing, and whilst she did ask me if I was happy with it in the end, the process itself wasn’t great. There wasn’t the same sense of care as what lily would use, and she left lots of wax behind which was a painful discovery. I will now be looking for a new salon to get waxed.

Had the most flawless piercings done by Ash today.Was greeted with a happy smile and can tell she loves what she does.Was gentle and talked though everything she was about to do.Thrilled with the look and results and looking forward to being pierced again in the future by Ash!

I have had 3 piercings with Ash in the last year. She is very gentle , very professional and clearly explained the procedure and the aftercare to me. On one occasion, while I was waiting for my appointment, I watched her interact with a young girl ( about 5 ).Ash was super patient, super caring and knelt down next to her so she was at her eye level and explained to her how to look after earrings. The little girl was listening and smiling and not a tear in site.All the girls are lovely and I would recommend them to anyone. A+
