Wilson Security Sunshine Coast

Whoever was driving a Wilson Security car with registration: 654-YKI along the Bruce Highway on Saturday needs to hand in their license. I had cruise control set at 114 (111 actual speed) and overtook them and a 2 other cars they were following. I Pulled into the left lane after I made enough distance and a few minutes later the Wilson car overtook me, pulled in front with about 1.5 meters clearance and slowed down to 100. After a few minutes, I realised they were not going to speed up so I pulled into the right lane, put cruise control back on and overtook them again. He disappeared into the distance. A few minutes later the exact same thing happened again except they gave a bit more clearance this time. Over the span of 20-30 minutes this happened 3 times. After I overtook them the final time he disappeared into the distance. During this timeframe they were swerving in and out of their lane on both sides and clearly could not maintain speed. They were either drunk or on the phone. I saw them again some time later when I slowed down to 80 for roadworks and they shot past me at considerable speed, they either missed the roadwork speed sign or just didn't care.
