Horrible experience to bring my overseas drive licence, even some steps they need call superiors to simple make me able to do the tests, visited 7x times during the process, many times they were busy

Abysmal waiting for Godot existential purgatory. I took my elderly mother who is incontinent to get her replacement ID And they have NO BATHROOM here, not only in the govt place but the ENTIRE COMPLEX. Also they don’t give any EXPRESS PASS for elderly and infirm senior citizens. Like any big nanny state govt institution avoid like then plague.Photo is a typical example of “counter closed” style service. I’d say the industry is ripe for disruption but it’s the labor government.Staff so far are fine but ineffective as they are essentially stripped of any power , such as getting my mum to the front of the line. Let alone a portapotty for emergencies outside.

Was told in order to have my instructor with me for the whole practical driving test I need to go in person and show proof and that I could lose my money of they say no than went in person and was told I just need to book it and email the manager about it than called and said they can just book it and write in the notes that I need my instructor with me. Tmr here really dosent seem to know what there doing. I was told false info twice, does noone communicate how do they not know what I have to do. There always super passive aggressive too

you go and sit there for ages and finally get called up to the counter to find that they cant help you because they will only take certain documentation that we dont have.
