Bin was booked, confirmed and arrived on time. We had a couple of delays with workmen but Binns Bins were flexible and were easy to communicate with so we managed to get everything sorted. I'll use them again and I'd definitely recommend

The truck smashed the intercom on a stand, near the security gates on the way In, that's not the end of the world, mistakes occur. But getting the owner of this business to accept responsibility and pay was unprofessional, haggling over quotes to fix. Never again. Some people should not own businesses.

I left messages with several other local skip hire companies, not one of whom even bothered to call me back.I rang Binns on a Saturday, and Craig rang straight back! Very impressed already at this point!We ordered a 4m2 skip, and we had to change the date of delivery. Georgia was so helpful and made the arrangements so easily for us.We will need another skip (maybe bigger next time!!!) soon, and will definitely use Binns Bins again!

Binns Bins was recommended by another skip bin company that couldn't deliver a bin within our very tight timeframe.I then rang Binns Bins late in the afternoon, and not only did they answer the phone promptly but they helped me determine the size of the bin I would need and agreed to have a bin there first thing the next morning - which they did. In addition, they offered a range of payment options.They couldn't have been more helpful, prompt and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise. I highly recommend Binns Bins.

The Team at Binns Bins are helpful and accommodating.
