In December 2022 I visited Coomera Clarendon Display Homes I was extremely impressed with the display homes they were spacious and clean and the finishes were of high quality.As a first time purchased and on a tight budget having visited other showhomes and looking at getting half a house for my budget I excited when I met Tony for the first time and lucky that Clarendon had the Luxe offer on this meant I would get a spacious 4 beds house with a separate Media and ducted air con and high ceilings all included in a budget that I could afford.Tony asked me about design and sent me a couple of quotes straight away, he explained about payments and time frames and was extremely helpful and professional .Without Tony's help I would not be in the position I am today as Clarendon have commenced the start of my Lynhurst Home and Tony has always been truthful about timing and information connected with my build .I recommend Tony to everyone who is unsure about building a home and concerned about costs rising Tony's quote was very accurate from day one and the only costs that did move a little were the building material costs when went to contract.Tony has given me the confidence to build and am looking forward to seeing my home to come to life.Thankyou Tony you are worth the 5 star and more you are such a positive, truthful and knowledgeable person I can not thank you enough for taking time on several occasions and helping me get on the housing ladder.Thankyou

Excellent experience with Tony from the first time we meet Tony was very helpful extremely informative he asked us what we wanted in our new home and gave us quality time going through designs and what I liked most about Tony is he explained the time frame and all ways got back to us straight away when I called him numerous times with questions nothing was to much trouble and Tony was all ways there to help.We paid our initial deposit in December 2022 and Tony sent us a receipt within 24 hours, had to alter our House plans after contract signed and again Tony was extremely helpful with the this and sent a variation again within 24 hours.Tony gave me some excellent Professional advice and wasalways helpful and truthful and there to listen.We signed our Contract with Clarendon in Feb and have just started the building stage.Our slab was laid last week as Tony told us our build would commence May/June he was very confident and correct with the time frame.Tony is more than just a salesman he talks to his clients like a friend he is always very professional , explains in detail what happens from the time you pay your initial deposit to the 5% deposit to the stages of the build and even when your paperwork has been passed to construction Tony still will go above and beyond to talk to you he is more than a salesman but an excellent team member and am pleased to say Tony gave us both faith back in the Building industry .Gordon and I are so pleased we meet Tony in December and choose Clarendon to build our new home and many thanks to Tony for starting the ball rolling we have started to build our Lynhurst and look forward to the next few months watching our home rise from the ground.Thankyou Tony I would give 100 stars for your customer service you are a valuable and extremely important asset to Clarendon Homes.Thankyou Paula and Gordon Townsend

After months of travelling back and forth between NSW and QLD to find the perfect block and 4 years of trying to find the perfect builder. We couldn't look any further then Tony at Clarendon Homes in Coomera. Tony was so knowledgeable in what we could/couldn't do. He was able to make our dream home a reality.

Only up to pre construction but Tony and the head office team have been amazing
