I previously visited another optometrist without success. From recommendations by others I decided to visit Clear Optometry. The results from my new glasses are amazing. It's like I have a new set of eyes. So a big thank you Geoff, and also to your friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend Clear Optometry.

I was surprised by this practices warranty policy having a pair of fitovers break, first time replaced. Second time not (all within the warranty period). Obviously they can use whatever reasoning they choose. I do spend a lot of money on my spectacles and I am very happy at my new optometrists.

A pair of glasses I purchased had a frame that broke twice in 13 months. The second time the frames broke I was told that I had to purchase a new set of frames for $109. This was unacceptable to me as I felt that the frames were defective especially when I could get a new prescription with two pair from SPECSAVERS for $199. Clear Optometry was adamant that I must pay again for a badly designed or defective pair of frames. They need better quality control over their stock instead of blaming the customer for sitting on their glasses" (which did not happen). Very upsetting."
