My favourite way to work out. I'm coming out of injury and the instructors are great at ensuring I get a good workout, safely. The exercises have multiple options to challenge yourself and the whole team has been so welcoming and friendly. I've never looked forward to exercise more!

Absolutely love it! The staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. It’s different to your generic Pilate sessions. They incorporate a higher intensity workout with the rowformer. Each day is a different and I love that they still do include a pilates only session when you do want a lower intensity workout.100% recommend Strong Pilates!

I started coming here as I have a back injury and struggle with other high intensity workouts. But this place is AMAZING! I can get the same results without risking injury to my back. The trainers and staff are all lovely. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely love the vibe at Strong Springwood! Extremely Friendly and Approachable and encouraging staff, fun and epic workouts! Started on the 50$ for 10 days trial, and was told I would be obsessed - they were not wrong!! The most motivated and dedicated I’ve been to working out! Couldn’t recommend this studio anymore!! If you’re thinking of trying, DO IT✨

Strong offers a fantastic workout. The rowformer is a great design, allowing the workouts to incorporate strength and cardio. The trainers are very friendly and experienced.

Absolutely love Strong Pilates at Springwood, the vibes are unmatched! Such an uplifting and fun place to enjoy your exercise. The instructors are all so friendly and I love to programs! So different to anything else I’ve done before and challenging on the best way. Definitely worth the money!!

Strong Springwood is incredible!! The trainers are so friendly and encouraging and they make you feel at home. The classes are great, I’ve never tried it before now and I’m completely obsessed!! Couldn’t recommend it enough!
