Emphasis Hair Studio - Belgian Gardens Townsville

I got amethyst (purple) balayage with a cut, lighten (originally a brunette), wash, style and a few hair products to keep the colour. They were extremely helpful with my questions on how to look after my hair and use the various products. They checked in with me while we waited for the bleach and colour to activateWhile it was a tad on the pricier side I felt it was worth it considering how fantastic my hair looks. I will definitely be going and would definitely recommend for others to go here.

Had a style cut done on Thursday and couldn't be happier with the result. I was really impressed with the service and will definitely be going back there for my next hair cut. I have received so many compliments about it!

We are 2 good friends who took a break from Sydney and decided to visit Townsville for some R&R. Monique and Jacqui did our hair. They did an AMAZING JOB - were so professional, EXCELLENT with colour and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my haircut. They listened to us, walked us through what they were doing and we couldn't be happier. If I wasn't always so busy and it was affordable I would fly up to Townsville just to have my hair done each time. GREAT GIRLS, GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL and VERY CLEVER. If I do go back to Townsville I will be leaving my hair to be done at Emphasis. Can't recommend them enough - thanks girls

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Emphasis! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Rhiannon did my hair, and I am so pleased with how it turned out. She did a wonderful job and listened to what I wanted and delivered the goods!!! What a legend! Very impressed with the service by Rhiannon, she was very efficient and thorough in her work with my hair! Love the salon too!

Good quality products used (NUK), over all ok experience, had to wait a while from the time I left the basin to getting my hair dried, and when I asked if I should cut a little more off as it was catching on the brush I was advised it would make no difference, when I know I fact in would have but I chose to leave it. Also this salon is a little pricey it was $300 for a cut colour and blow dry!Over all it was ok, I didn't walk out going wow this was the best experience I've had at a salon but if deffiently was far from the worst.
