I was a teeny bit sceptical about dropping my laptop off at a place of residence & not being able to talk face to face with an employee; but I was so relieved that I was recieving regular updates via sms on the progress! Red Ant Computer Services helped us with two PC builds. Nathan was great from start to end. When there was a complication with the build (isn't there always?) Nathan didn't take advantage of us, worked with us and sorted it out. Fantastic. You'll have our future business for sure.
