***4/8Since posting ** review on google reviews the next day I received the offer I was offered in July. However only valid for ONE DAY. I plan to use it but I'm not thrilled its taken reviews to get here. I'm hoping that I'll be thrilled with my next purchase and am planning another nonwall idea but may trial one on a wall again.****Two stars before 3/8Not big on their customer service.After following directions I had two stickers not work on walls but boasted about the one that worked on a board and worked. I was honest about this in my review and then I was contacted with an offer.I wrote back to accept the offer 6/7 and again boasted how beautiful the one that worked is.Nothing came back, nothing in junk, still received normal promotional emails.I thought maybe my email hadn't gone through so sent another email 20/7, again no reply and did check junk.Its now August so I've given up and have just accepted the loss but can't vouch for their service after that, I never asked for anything but to be offered and then ignored for so long I find pretty poor form. I won't continue to recommend them like I was for a long while there when people asked about wall decals.I think my waiting game has been more than fair to now feel this way.
