Menke Auto Renewals did such an amazing job with our vehicle! The team there was friendly, approachable and really went the extra mile to fix our vehicle as soon as was possible, there effort and care really made a difference to us and it was/is really appreciated, estimated turn around time was 3 days but amazingly they got it done and back to us before the day was done!

The tail light on my car was damaged while in their hands and they did NOT take responsibility. All they are interested in is money. They have no idea what customer service is.

I took my car here for an insurance claim and they were really thorough. Great communication over the course of the period they had the car, giving me updates on when the car would be ready. Friendly staff and they did a great job fixing my car and giving it back nice and clean and looking great. Would recommend.

This was the first time I've ever needed an auto repairer and I can only say WOW. What an amazing team who went above and beyond my expectations. I even asked them to have a quick look at some unrelated stuff which they did no questions asked. I know I left there with a better car than I had prior to the accident. So if you have a choice of repairers here in Newcastle, then I'd go straight to Menke auto renewals. Small business but a massive heart. Thanks to the entire team for never making me feel anything other than just a valued customer. Absolutely AMAZING.

This is an authorised AAMI smash repairer, the only one in Newcastle at this time. Apparently this is because they're the cheapest ones. They are extremely busy, so booking will be essential. I had to wait for my appointment with them for about a month.
