KFC Eight Mile Plains
Been a few times hoping they would get better. ..gave 1 star..pepsi max was cold...the rest was tasted and thrown in bin...ordered something simple..double tender combo..small..gave 2 small chips..score right..wrong...no seasoning. Bland..Threw 1 in bin..Burger...dry as a n×ns you know what..NOOOO PEPpER MAYO...FAIL..didn't even take home for the dog..thought it might choke him...think I'll stick to the 711 sangers next time.

KFC Eight Mile Plains
Came in for some lunch on my break, ordered a 2 piece wicked wing box, from time of order was over 15 minutes to get my food.unfortunately has used my whole break to get a couple wicked wings and chips. In future please let customers know there will be a delay like this. Guy at front counter was apologetic obviously nothing he could do.. Chips were cold obviously packed at the start, won’t take it back worries I’ll be here for another 10 minutes. Really disappointed.

KFC Eight Mile Plains
I have a family of 8 (mostly males) so I normally order a family feast and giant bucket. Didn’t get any potato n gravy and they missed 10 pieces of original chicken as requested in the family feast. Instead they gave us charcoal crisp hot n spicy and said they’d run out of original chicken. Would’ve been happy if they replaced it but when we got home to check we were down all these items, no offer of refund and no replacement. When I called they requested I drive back out and hand everything back in so they can check. At 2pm they’d run out of all original chicken, even driving back in didn’t change that.

Purchased the cola wings, chips and a zknger burger. Absolutely Astonishing just how under performing it all was. The sauce was beyond non existence for the wings, the burger built messy and uneven, the chips sweaty.Not only was the food a complete let down the wait time was way to long for the quality of food provided.I really hope this changes, absolutely disappointing.

KFC Eight Mile Plains
Have gotten dinner here twice and both times they weren't busy. The first time our meal was missing a piece of chicken however we didn't realise till we got home so didn't bother going back for it. The second time we had the correct number of chicken pieces however a good portion of them were burnt and were very dry and tough. Both times the chips were a bit underdone. Overall very disappointed with this store and won't be going back.

KFC Eight Mile Plains
Was excited to have some KFC but ended up not finishing my meal as the chips were undercooked and unseasoned. The chicken piece was also unseasoned which made it taste flavourless and the burger was a bit bland. Wouldn’t recommend to friends and I’m not going back.

Last week I ordered a wrap from this kfc, and within 60 minutes I was excessively vomiting which resulted in food poisoning. The store was dirty with un clean tables and workers with no hairnets or caps on to contain their hair. Will definitely not be back. The health department should really pay them a visit.

I live next to the sunnybank kfc. But their quality and service is so bad, I go to this shop since they open. But one thing really disappointing that I ordered for 3 piece box meal. They gave me 3 three tiny pieces that are even equivalent to one standard piece and this is not for the first time. That's why I am here at the review They just ruined my dinner. Who ever serving behind the counter is fun for him/her. But they are running someone's dinner or someone's whole day meal. They should understand that. I wish this will get the attention of the serving person rather than the manager.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at kfc! First time trying this restaurant. Very lovely people and first time my order wasn’t messed up!
