Went there this afternoon to get a photo printed and framed of my late dad. The staff were friendly and Ashleigh at the printing area provided excellent service. The quality of the photo turned out amazing. Have a great Easter everyone.

Went in to spend $600 on a new mobile phone. Waited for five minutes for someone to serve me. There was a staff member less than three metres away who was busy"

Worst customer service ever- try not to go to this store if there is stock at other stores, unless you want to be patronised. Was at the counter and about to buy the product and I genuinely inquired whether they would price match on a product advertised at the same price at Good Guys and a simple no would have sufficed, but Ali (the apparent store manager) loudly mocks me with - no it's not lower if it's the same price is it? The attitude was very unnecessary as it was an honest question. Plz have some training on customer service

I visited your store today and a lovely and polite young gentleman Adrian approached me with a smile, offering to assist me. He walked with me throughout the store, nothing was trouble and he went above and beyond his customer service duties. It's nice to see that not all staff at your store are like robots, as Adrian has charisma, personality and a happy demure. Was such a breath of fresh air to have been assisted by him today.Thank you Adrian, you made my shopping experience a pleasant one today. ☺️

Absolutely amazing staff! They go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. It feels great to be assisted with the enquiries that one has for any item. The staff will try their best to find out the answer to your questions quite satisfactorily.If they don’t have something in stock, they’ll find out all the other Officeworks stores that have.A truly wholesome customer experience.

I went there this morning for a passport photo, something I thought would be quick and easy.It took me over half an hour.To then when I requested additional photos due to being a dual citizenship holder I was advised 6 photos was plenty. I then proceeded to tell her I needed additional photos for my husbands embassy for an application, she advised it was not necessary. She advised she was going to email the photos to me, so I stood inside and waited 15 minutes for her to tell me the initial second page of photos she had initially declined wasn’t going to print because the printer was malfunctioning. As I paid she answered the phone and walked away with my photos on her side of the bench under her keyboard.Absolutely disgraceful.

A very convenient location and the store was massive! Aisles were clean and stocked well. Bought a new chair for my setup and spent time figuring out a new monitor. Staff were helpful and the transaction was swift.

3/4 digital photo machines weren't. The one that was working was extremely slow and froze multiple times while using the machine. Pay at machine wouldn't work and pay at counter wouldn't work. We had to load a office works card with $2 our order was $1.05 but they only allow $1 top ups on the card. What a frustrating experience. Definitely going to Kmart for the digital photo printing needs from now on!

I frequently use their print click and collect service where I put in my printing through their website then they text me when it's ready for collection. The printing is great quality, no issue there. My issue is with how they have a 'click and collect printing' line and a 'new orders' line.When you line up in the click and collect printing' line, you'd think you'd have priority over the new order line because those new order enquiries take ages. It could be passport photos, custom printing orders with consultation from the staf or whatever else. I stood in the click and collect line for about 15 minutes today, waiting for service where I would simply give them my name and they would hand me my printing from the draw behind the desk they're already standing at. What was worse is that the girl who served me realised I had been waiting for so long for such a quick matter and didn't even apologise for the delay.They need to sort this out because a 15 minute stand in line to pick up my 'ready order's is ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Excellent Staff.We went there to take photo for Malaysian Visa. The staff member was very helpful and flexible. He informed that Visa photos taken here are as per the country specifications and they are guaranteed" to be accepted.Kudos to the team. Thank You All !!!As others have mentioned
