broke my fibula and rolled my ankle 4 weeks after plaster cast off, l walked with 2 crutches still swollen,nagging pain , came here and they worked on my whole body, as crutches throw out your normal walking ability. After l came home l felt so relaxed and my l am walking with 1 crutch very comfortable. Going back next week and looking forward to throwing away the other crutch yahoo thank you so much
